Creative Direction: Collaborated with a group of friends to host an intimate dinner party on the beach at Point Dume, Malibu, California. Table set up and food prep began in the early afternoon and was complete just in time to pour a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. The fresh rosemary was picked from my garden before heading out the door that morning. The Menu? Baby gem lettuce with fennel and radish. Slow grilled mushrooms and sourdough loaf. Whole roast garlic. Cast iron steak with herb butter.
